This is the dark time of the northern hemisphere year, and this year’s election cycle has made it darker. There is so much beauty in the world, and it is there that I balance each day. Can there really be so much self-focus and cognitions in bits rather than compassionate reflective thinking as to allow for a Donald Trump election? The sources of the fear I have been harboring for about 10 years unhappily have been all too real. I am going to go outside and bask in moonlight.
