I am moving to commenting on the interface between national events and personal philosophy and ethical core. Based on media-delivered information, including NPR, The New Yorker and Time, too many “elected” officials and national “leaders” are informing their actions out of self-interest at the expense of public good, and with President-elect D. Trump this trend is most frightening. Wisdom is not prevailing. Plus, being in a political position should not absolve him from rightfully brought lawsuits. His technical position should be held to the highest legal standard.
